Dear Friends,

A candid interview about hiking, outdoors and spirituality. Paulien van der Werf is an expert on adventure living. When she was twenty-six, she quit her salaried job and closed the door of her rental house behind her for good, so that she could get out of the rat race and spend her time doing what really makes her happy. Now she spends her days adventurously setting up micro-adventures for (tourist) organizations and inspiring people to live more adventurously through an online learning environment. This is where her background as a photographer and copywriter comes in handy.
